The Hunger Games!

So normally I don't get excited about movies. In general I think the prices of the movies are so ridiculous and then add in the amount for a drink and snacks for two and a sweet little date night has turned one expensive outing. Almost have to save up all month :-) But its almost always worth it. I love seeing movies with hubby. He doesn't talk much, in fact usually only when he takes me to a sci-fi movie and I have questions. This weekend however The Hunger Games will make its Debut and though hubby hasn't read the book its based on, the previews and premise of movie are enough that he wants to to see it! So if he doesn't like it I don't have to automatically let him choose the next one we see! I LOVED the book and have just picked up the 2nd in the trilogy. I am so looking forward to seeing how they bring the games to life! There was plenty of action in the book and the story line itself was made to be made into a movie. Its just sometimes that books made into movies don't really translate well. SO hopefully they were able to do this book justice!
