Reading this here made me so sad. Reminders that there are still so many people in this world who are still racist and hateful. The hunger games didn't focus on race. Everyone in each district was dealing with the same struggles. The author described the characters in a way that the movie goers shouldn't have been surprised by the fact that 2 of the characters were black. Now Lenny Kravitz's character could have been played by anyone. Lenny just happened to be an awesome choice. I'm not going to dwell on this. I know there are racist people in this world and I can only continue to pray for those folks.
