Living each day to be the wife, daughter, sister and friend God has called me to be! I've been married for 3 years to my best friend and love of my life! I am embracing my present and learning to walk in it! Lord help me :-)

Grace
Renting a home is a strange thing. There are people who rent a home or apartment and treat it like its their dream home. They take care of every part of it. They clean it regularly and when they move out you can barely tell anyone lived there. Only have to do a normal cleaning and normal carpet cleaning that would be done when anyone moves out and some paint touch-ups. And then there's the tenants who treat it like crap. They trash the place and you're just glad you made them pay a security deposit that will help cover the cost of the intense cleaning and painting that needs to happen. I wish I could say I lucked out and had the dream tenant. But no....And in the interest of privacy I'm simply going to say I'm disappointed. But I have learned a valuable lesson. Having friends as tenants is clearly a bad idea. It won't happen to me again. I have officially come to terms with not being able to see my best guy friend get married and not taking a vacation to see family this year. I"m so grateful that we were able to go to Niagara Falls earlier this summer. It was such a wonderful weekend and we were so blessed to be able go. Having an unreliable person as a tenant will always cost you money. And sometimes money you don't have. But I'm grateful for the experience. I'm grateful for the grace that God has extended to me, and the opportunity to extend that same grace to someone close to me. And I know that as time goes on, I will have more grace from Him and more opportunities to share that with others along with so many other things. OK its time to get my day started. Good morning world lets get going!
