Fit Friday!

I have been a bit lazy this week. I haven't done any of my weight workouts. This has been a week of walking! We've been having some really nice days here lately and getting outside is so good for you! Especialy after a cold dark winter! Yesterday was Valentines Day - and hubby bought me two gifts 1- those 10 lb weights I've been meaning to pick up :-) and a Shake Weight... Now I'm thrilled about the 10 lb dumbbells, not so much the Shake Weight. But I'm trying to keep an open mind about it, apparently one of his co-workers said she was surprised that it actually works... We'll see.

If this weekend is as nice as the week has been we'll probably do some walking together - there is a beautiful park not far from here that has a lovely walking path that includes hills and twice around the lake is roughly 3.1 miles! And once it warms up we'll go paddle boating and I might try to talk him into canoeing or kayaking! Happy Friday!
