Workout Wednesday!

I almost feel like I'm doing Insanity all over again! Each time I ramp up my workouts my body feels like  I've been hit with a truck! But in a good way :-) I've been doing about 45 min of dance cardio and 30 min strength training each day! I feel really good. I'm down a couple more lbs and if I could just get my eating under control I'd be in great shape. I think my biggest problem is that when I first wake up its really hard to eat anything. So I've been testing out different foods to see if I can find something that doesn't make me feel like throwing up. And I can't eat the same thing each day (unlike hubby - i'm so jealous) without it making me sick after a few days. I can eat eggs maybe once or twice a week. I love toast but I don't need to eat butter every day. This morning I tried a pb and honey sandwich and it was delicious - the half of it I managed to eat (took me almost an hour) And I have texture issues with smoothies so those are out. So tomorrow I'm going to try something different. I'm going to have chicken and broccoli. After I have a full glass of ice water, I'm hoping that the water will get my stomach ready for the food... If anyone has a suggestion, I'm open to it! For my workouts - I have been loving the Zumba and dance workout videos on You Tube. Here's one of my favorite "instructors". If I ever visit Portland and she's still doing her classes I will be in attendance!


I saw this Challenge on facebook this morning and I think I'm going to give it a shot!
