SO I would have written this yesterday but I was exhausted! I have been working hard at losing weight and am now stepping it up. In addition to my walk/jogging at the park I began Insanity again. Day one is the Fit Test : There is a warm up and coold down and in between you do 8 exercises for one minute each. The goal is to do as many as you can in that one minute and record your numbers. Every 2 weeks you'll do the fit test again. I'm currently wearing a size 12 in jeans and my goal is to get down to a 6/8 :-) And hubby and I are going to visit the Levi store for some new jeans! He's down a couple of pants sizes already! We're eating healthy meals and taking our vitamins and drinking LOTS of water! And of course exercising! So we both are feeling pretty darn good :-) Its really quite nice to go to the park with him. Sometimes we stay together sometimes he leaves me in the dust! He's a bit faster than I am. But yesterday I was only 5 minutes behind him. In a few weeks I'll be right beside him!
In a couple of hours it'll be time for day 2 - the Plyo/cardio circuit! Wish me luck! I know this insanity stuff gets harder before it gets easier! But I'm determined to finish the full 60 days!
