Pin Tested!

Once again flexing my culinary muscles! I just adore Pinterest. And yes like so many others I would say I'm addicted. I've had lots of success with these meals and one of these day's I'm going to pull my camera out and take pictures. Here's the Link and it's Buffalo Chicken Casserole. Very easy to make (especially if you use a pre-cooked rotisserie which I didn't...) and we gave it two thumbs up! I made one adjustment based on personal preference, Hubs isn't big on meals that are heavy on cream soups so I only used one can. However, if you like creamy go for both cans, if you only use one can, drop cooking time by about 15 minutes and I think it would be even better. I will be making this again! OH and it's really easy to make ahead of time. Later this week I'll be trying to make black bean burgers... Wish me luck!
