Workout Wednesday!

Level two of 6 Week 6 Pack - KILLER! In the best possible way of course! Husband did it with me the 1st time and lets just say I felt every minute of it! And it was great! Today I had an amazing workout in the pool with a 20lb weight! Yup took the baby to the pool and he did great! He loved it. Even put his face in the water and liked it. Well he liked it as long as he was the one putting it in the water :-) He was adorable and gave me quite the workout! I'm going to make walking/jogging a permanent part of my routine. I've been reading about how years and years ago - like the stone age, women regularly walked 5 or more miles a day. And the walking helped to strengthen the pelvic floor - in a way that regular workouts that we do just don't. Not sure why exactly but I'm looking into it. Either way, it can't possibly hurt me. Anyways - I am looking forward to a wonderful rest of the week! Heading to surprise a friend this weekend at her baby shower! :-) Happy Hump Day!
