Fit Test Results - I improved on some stayed the same on others. Here are my numbers:
Switch Kicks: 46 - 90
Power Jacks: 46 - 56
Power Knees: 78 - 78
Power Jumps: 20 - 30
Globe Jumps: 10 - 11
Suicide Jumps: 10 - 13
Push-Up Jacks:15 - 22
Low Plank Obl: 23/46 - 35/70(depends how you count it )
I'm so proud of my power jacks number! Considering I used to never be able to do more than a few regular (not on my knees push ups) until recently. I am SO excited to say I was able to do 22 push up jacks! YAY ME! And each globe jump is 4 jumps to make one rotation so I am very excited about my progress! And after this workout I was drenched in sweat!
